The Faculty Center for Nano Structure Research offers members and students of the Faculties of Physics and Chemistry one laboratory for joint use.
This laboratory currently offers:
- 2 fume hoods
- 1 gas cylinder cabinet for two cylinders (please contact Stephan Puchegger to find out which gases are currently available)
- 3 chemistry cabinets
- Diener ATTO plasma-cleaner
- Struers LaboPol-25 polishing/grinding machine
- Laurell WS-650-23 spincoater
- hotplate
- ultrasonic bath

Additional equipment of the Faculty Center is set up in a laboratory of Prof. Jannik Meyer:
- P6 DC Prober (manufacturer Cascade Microtech)
